Chief Executive Officer & President
Jake brings over 20 years of experience in business, leadership, and entrepreneurship to his role as CEO/President of Forward Cody. A Marine Corps veteran with roots in ranching, energy, and media, he is recognized for building strong business partnerships and driving community-focused initiatives. Jake values collaboration, innovation, and the Western way of life and is dedicated to creating sustainable economic growth.

Kylie McConnell brings over six years of experience in marketing, business administration, and accounting to her role at Forward Cody. A graduate of Oregon State University with a bachelors degree in Business Administration, she is recognized for her expertise in marketing, branding, bookkeeping and business operations. Committed to supporting local businesses and entrepreneurs, Kylie values innovation, creativity, and the adventurous spirit of Cody.
